Relaxing weekend
All the spa facilities both in the hotel and Therme were great, there was a great selection of food and drinks, staff was very attentive.
The room was quite minimalistic for a 4* hotel, and the bed/ pillows were not super comfy. Despite this, still managed to get a good night sleep.

A very nice weekend
Me and my boyfriend got a half-board staying to celebrate both our birthdays and it was amazing. We went with the Thermenlandbus that left us in front of the Therme, which is very convenient. The Hotel was stupendous, the staff was very amiable and friendly, and ready to help with any question. We definitely recommend the Hotel and the Therme. The breakfast and dinner were always delicious.
Probably because of winter, there were not so many beds at the Spa area, both at the Spa Hotel as for the Therme. So be sure to wake up early to save a spot before going to breakfast.

Very large thermal baths
We visited for the thermal baths, and they were very good. Lots of people using them, but with lots of choices of which pools to use. The setting was lovely. The hotel was huge, spread out on the side of a hill, with nice views from some locations. The rooms were adequate. Bathrobes and towels were provided as well as quality personal care items. Breakfast was very good.
The dinner buffet was disappointing. And the restaurant assigns guests a table with a place card for both dinner and breakfast. There are several dining sections. It must be so that guests are spread out, but it didn't create a good impression.

Very Good
Wellness was professional, really loved it. There was a big variety of foods at breakfast and dinner to choose from, with lactosefree and milkfree options as well.
The bed in the room was really uncomfortable. When we checked out, they told me to pay the double prize. I asked for a detailed information, and I saw that they charged for an extra night as well. I asked about it, and they were like "oh, okay, minus one night". Guests should pay attention at check out!
